How to Get Started
Connect Brizz to your Slack workspace in under a minute.
Click "Add to Slack"
Click the button above or visit Settings > Integrations in your Brizz platform. You'll be redirected to Slack to authorize the app.
Authorize Brizz
Review the permissions and authorize Brizz in your Slack workspace. These permissions allow Brizz to send notifications and respond to commands.
Select Your Channels
Choose which Slack channels should receive each type of notification: daily reports, weekly summaries, emerging intents, and issue alerts.

The integration is strictly one-way and informational: Brizz sends notifications and alerts to your chosen channels. It does not read, store, or use any Slack messages, files, or conversation content for any purpose, including AI training or analytics.
No. Brizz cannot read any messages in your Slack channels. The only content Brizz processes are Brizz platform links that are shared in channels (for rich link previews) and direct @mentions of the Brizz bot. We never access or store any other message content.
After connecting Slack in your Brizz platform (Settings > Integrations), you can configure which notification types you want to receive (daily reports, weekly summaries, emerging intents, issue alerts) and select the specific channel for each. You can update these preferences at any time.
Yes. You can configure different notification types to be sent to different channels. For example, you might send issue alerts to #engineering-alerts and weekly summaries to #product-updates.
No. The Brizz integration for Slack is strictly one-way and informational. Brizz sends notifications and alerts to your Slack channels, it does not collect, read, process, or use any data from Slack for AI training, analytics, or any other purpose. All insights delivered via Slack are generated entirely from data within the Brizz platform, independent of Slack.
You can disconnect Slack at any time from Settings > Integrations in your Brizz platform. Once disconnected, all notifications will stop immediately. Brizz will remove the connection tokens and will no longer have access to your Slack workspace. Historical notification data sent to Slack remains in your Slack channels as normal messages.
Yes. Brizz is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, and HIPAA compliant. Our security practices are regularly audited by independent third parties.
You can request data deletion by emailing legal@brizz.ai. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA). You can also disconnect the Slack integration and delete your Brizz account from the platform settings.
