We're looking for our founding marketing position to join our growing team and help scale our marketing engine end-to-end.

This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts creative and operational, thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology, and gets genuinely excited about turning complex, technical AI concepts into clear, compelling campaigns that drive real results.

You'll work across marketing initiatives end-to-end: from positioning and messaging through content, demand generation, product marketing, brand building, field marketing, and marketing operations.

What you will do:

Define the marketing strategy with management: goals, budget, and roadmap

Own execution end-to-end: campaigns, website content, email, and demand gen

Create content: messaging, copy, campaign narratives, landing pages, and visuals

Run and optimize campaigns across channels: email, LinkedIn, X, website, webinars, etc.

Build and run field marketing with sales: targeted events and account-based initiatives

Drive PLG: self-serve onboarding, in-product messaging, sign-up funnels, and conversion to pipeline

Build community presence: online (Reddit, AI/Dev/Product communities, Slack/Discord) and in-person meetups

Hands-on CRM and marketing automation

Leverage Gen-AI to accelerate content and campaign production

Track and report on lead gen and campaign performance

Watch the market and competitors, proactively shift gaps to opportunities and actions

Required experience & skills:

4+ years of end-to-end B2B marketing experience from a tech startup

Experience marketing AI, data, developer or closely related technical domains

Strong hands-on skills with marketing automation and generative AI tools

High technical and AI aptitude: comfortable working with complex products and ideas

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) — a MUST

A creative and operational mindset: copy, content packaging, basic visual work, execution

Data-driven approach with the ability to measure and report impact

Comfortable learning new domains quickly and adapting on the fly

A true "can-solve-it" attitude
