Do you sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)?
Yes. We execute BAAs for customers who process protected health information (PHI) through the Brizz platform.
Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is stored in SOC 2-audited cloud regions. Contact us for specific data residency options.
How is customer data used?
Customer data is processed solely to provide the Brizz service as directed. We do not use customer data for model training, advertising, or any purpose outside the service agreement.
